We know plans change. This is our policy for bookings made directly through this website.

Free cancellation

✓ Free cancellation until the date shown on your booking

You can cancel free of charge up to 20 days before your check-in date and we'll refund everything you've paid. You'll see the exact date when you choose your dates, on the confirmation and on your booking receipt (for example, for a check-in on 23 December: free cancellation until 3 December).

After that date

If you cancel after the free cancellation date (less than 20 days before check-in), the amount paid will not be refunded.
Bookings made less than 20 days in advance are non-refundable from the moment of booking.
If you don't show up on the check-in day without notice (no show), the same applies.

How to cancel

The cancellation date is the date we receive your message.

Refunds

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you give us.
Refunds usually take 7 to 14 days from confirmation of the cancellation.

Changing dates

If you need to change your dates, get in touch and we'll do our best to move your stay. Changes are subject to availability and to the rate for the new dates.

Cancellation by us

In the exceptional event that we cannot provide the booked accommodation (due to a serious fault, a building issue or force majeure), we will offer you similar alternative accommodation or a full refund of the amount paid.

Bookings through other platforms

If you booked through Booking.com, Airbnb or another platform, the cancellation terms shown on that platform at the time of booking apply.
